June 29 – Exhibitor Service Kits available (for paid exhibitors only)
July 30 – Final date to cancel booth and receive a full refund*
August 7 – Booth space application deadline for exhibitor inclusion in the printed program
September 11 – Discount deadline for Freeman products and services
Exhibit Space Assignment Policy
Exhibit space for the CNS Annual Meeting is assigned in phases to recognize long-standing support and participation.
Corporate Partner Priority
January–February
Exhibitors participating in the CNS Corporate Partner Program are invited to select booth space first. Selection order is based on partnership tier.
Consecutive Exhibitor Priority (Five-Year Tier)
Early March
Exhibitors who have participated in the CNS Annual Meeting for five or more consecutive years are invited to select space following Corporate Partner selections.
General Exhibitor Priority
Mid to Late March
After these priority phases are complete, exhibit space becomes available to all other prospective exhibitors.
Booth assignments are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment deadlines vary based on the event timeline and will be provided during the application process
*Refunds are available for cancellations received before July 30, 2026, minus a $100 administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after this date.
