Due to recent developments worldwide impacting the capacity of multiple key stakeholders to effectively triage immediate needs and obligations with patients, staffs, other organizations, contractors, etc, the opening registration date for the 2020 CNS-ICNA Joint Meeting has been moved back to April 15.
There are, at present, no plans to cancel the October 19-23 meeting. Any decision to do so would not come until late August, by which time the landscape within which presenters and attendees might prudently make decisions regarding the meeting will be markedly changed in ways beyond our knowing. More will be known in a month. More to the point: more will be known June 30, the date on which early registration ends, thereby giving prospective attendees 10 weeks to register at the lowest rate, with another 9 weeks to follow during which they may still decide to register at regular rates, and another 8 weeks before the meeting during which the rates go up again.
