Paige Haas, PhD, MS, LCGC

Paige Haas is a licensed and certified genetic counselor with experience in laboratory stewardship and utilization management. She holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Washington and a PhD in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from the University of California, San Francisco. In her role as a Laboratory Genetic Counselor at Seattle Children’s Hospital, she stewards pediatric genetic testing and supports PLUGS® (Patient-centered Laboratory Utilization Guidance Services).


Jessie Conta, MS, CGC

Jessie Conta is a licensed and certified genetic counselor with expertise in genomics, laboratory stewardship, and healthcare delivery. She is a consultant and owner of Pickhandle Consulting, where she is focused on identifying, analyzing, and reducing barriers to access and financial coverage of genetic counseling and testing. She is a co-founder of PLUGS® (Patient-centered Laboratory Utilization Guidance Services) and supports insurance alignment initiatives for the collaboration.
