Committee Description
The Professional Development Committee, in close collaboration with CNS staff, other CNS committees, and external partners, creates and oversees programs and resources supporting child neurologists’ ongoing professional growth and advancement. This committee identifies CNS members’ needs related to career development, continuing education, and leadership skills and develops initiatives to address these needs, ensuring the society offers comprehensive professional development opportunities.
The committee works to develop programs and resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of CNS members at each career stage, from medical students interested in the field to practicing child neurologists.
