Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee, chaired by the Past President, is responsible for recommending two nominees for each office and directorship. The committee evaluates nominees’ qualifications before presenting a report, including biographies of the nominated individuals, to the membership. The committee is composed of five Active Members, one of whom shall be the Past-President, to lead the effort to identify and nominate persons for open Board and Officer positions. The remaining four members of the Nominating Committee will be Active Members who are not then serving on the Board.

Members of the Nominating Committee may not contact or solicit individuals for the purpose of encouraging them to run for office.
