Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee, chaired by the Past President, is responsible for recommending two nominees for each office and directorship. The committee evaluates nominees’ qualifications before presenting a report with a biography of the nominated individuals to the membership. The committee is composed of five Active Members, one of whom shall be the Past-President, to lead the effort to identify and nominate persons for open Board and Officer positions. The remaining four members of the Nominating Committee will be Active Members, not then serving on the Board.
