Committee Description
The Junior and Early Career (JEC) Subcommittee is a standing subcommittee of the Membership Committee. Its charge is to support the engagement, development, and retention of junior and early-career members of the Child Neurology Society.
The JEC Subcommittee is responsible for developing, supporting, and implementing junior and early-career programming at the CNS Annual Meeting, including the Junior Member Forum and Junior Member Lobby Talks. In partnership with the Membership Committee, the subcommittee advances strategies to strengthen connections within the junior child neurology community, enhance member engagement, and support long-term membership growth.
JEC Subcommittee members should ideally be Junior members in PGY-4 through PGY-6, or Active members within five years of completing residency at the time their committee appointment begins.
