Guidelines for Placing Ads or Announcements

1. All ads/announcements must run in one issue of the CNS Connections to qualify for on-line posting.

2. Credit Card Payment
Ads paid with credit card will be posted after an approval process, this generally happens within 72-hours.

3. Payment by Check
Ads will run within 72 hours of receipt of check.

3. The following CNS Connections rates apply:
Text Ads (Position announcements only): $150 for First 250 Words; $35 per additional 50 words
Text ads apply per state (ie, multiple state/regional listings would be charged per state listing)

4. Graphics Ads for Fall 2020/Joint ICNA-CNS Meeting edition of CNS Connections:

• Quarter Page: $850 member pricing; $2,000 non-member pricing
• Half Page: $1,500 member pricing; $3,250 non-member pricing
• Full Page: $2,500 member pricing, $6,000 non-member pricing (2-page spreads: $10,000)

5. Graphic Ads Print specs:

Page trim size is 8.5” x 11”
Full Page - no bleed.....................7 1/2”w x 10”h
Full Page - with bleed...................9”w x 11 1/2”h
1/2 Page Horizontal..................7 1/2”w x 4 5/8”h
1/2 Page Vertical...........................3 5/8”w x 10”h
1/4 Page Horizontal...................7 1/2”w x 2 3/8”h
1/4 Page Vertical........................3 5/8”w x 4 5/8”h

• Preferred submission is cmyk - 300 dpi (high resolution) pdf.
  Fonts need to be embedded within the pdf.
• Alternatively, working files may be submitted as
  an indesign package (layout file, fonts, graphics/photos).

6. Optional 3-month posting of Online Position Ads (placement in CNS Connections required to qualify):

• $75 member pricing
• $225 non-member pricing
